Job summary

Legends Global in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead supervisory staff across the Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square. You will coordinate housekeeping operations during events, train staff, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors to ensure top cleanliness and compliance.

Fluent English required; Spanish preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for in-house and external maintenance.
• Train housekeeping staff and stay updated through seminars and trainings.
• Tour the facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety inside and outside.
• Oversee housekeeping operations during and after events at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square.
• Enforce policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
