Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. You will assist with restocking supplies, trash removal, and linen handling to ensure a comfortable guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus.
• Attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies is required.
• Good communication and a positive attitude are important.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist restocking housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Unload and organize incoming supply orders.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are readily available for housekeepers.
• Collect and dispose of trash from guest rooms, hallways and public areas.
• Empty trash receptacles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms and deliver clean linens.
• Answer guest requests pertaining to housekeeping matters.
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
