Job summary

Social Circle Nursing and Rehab is seeking diligent Housekeeping Aides for day shifts, 7am-3pm, with weekend requirement. Part-time and full-time positions are available to support a clean and safe resident environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, maintaining sanitation, stocking carts, following safety procedures, and reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor while presenting a courteous, professional demeanor. Training provided if needed.

• The housekeeper is the focal point of our environmental service staff. He/she is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the facility on a daily basis.
• Must be able to perform the necessary duties in the daily routine cleaning of resident rooms
• Must be able to perform the necessary duties for the monly carbolization cleaning of residents rooms
• Follow all safety procedures, infection control policies, and universal precautions to ensure the health and welfare of residents, staff and visitors
• Follow proper procedures for stocking housekeeping carts and closets
• All housekeepers must report to work in assigned uniform as deemed by the facility
• All housekeepers must report problems, concerns and maintenance issues to the supervisor
• All housekeepers must act in a courteous, professional, and appropriate manner at all times

Available Hours: 7am-3pm with weekend requirement. Part time and Full time available.
