Job summary

SanStone Health is seeking Housekeeping Aides in Mills River, North Carolina, to join our healthcare team. Positions include both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient areas, restrooms, and staff spaces; maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Training and uniforms are provided, with opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, patient rooms, offices, halls, nurses' stations, dining rooms, and beauty parlor.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean rugs, carpets, and furniture.
• Clean toilets, sinks, and other restroom fixtures.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and baseboard. Wash walls, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets, and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies for hand washing at sink areas and disposable gloves for nursing.
• Clean and disinfect oxygen machines and other equipment.
• Clean patient beds, mattress, furniture, drawers, bathroom, and closet when patient has been discharged.
• Follow guidelines for labeling of cleaning supplies, wearing appropriate personal protection equipment, etc. and label products and bottles according to facility guidelines.
