Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for our Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation facility. This full-time position helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home for residents, supporting recovery and quality of life.

You will sanitize rooms, manage schedules, and uphold infection control while collaborating with a compassionate team. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Compassion and respect for elderly and disabled residents.
• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Properly use approved cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
