Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, Colorado is hiring a Housekeeping Aide for our inpatient facility. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe spaces and supporting daily operations under the Executive Director’s guidance.

No formal education is required; 2 years of related experience is preferred and sobriety is required if in recovery. Strong communication, multitasking, and time management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility.
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director.
