Qualifications

• Ability to lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist and overhead lifting of 20#.
• Physical capability to push/pull a maximum effort of 20#.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility clean and inviting including resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors.
• Note repairs and report them to housekeeping supervisor.
