NHS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for its Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation facility in Mobile, AL. You will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors, supporting health and quality of life through thorough cleaning and infection prevention.

Formación

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Compassion and respect for elderly and disabled residents.
• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Properly use approved cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
