Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide for day shifts. You will maintain clean resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a home-like, safe environment for long-term and short-term guests.

Requirements include at least one year of housekeeping experience and English proficiency to communicate with staff and residents. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of housekeeping experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors and spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans and clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time.
• Assist with picking up trash and activity room set-ups, movement of furniture.
• Report any pertinent information to management related to resident well-being.
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
