Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation provides resident-centered care and seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for full-time daytime shifts to keep resident rooms and common areas clean and welcoming.

You will follow established procedures, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with staff to support residents and guests, ensuring a home-like, comfortable environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience, required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors and spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans and clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time.
• Assist with picking up trash and assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture.
• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident.
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
