Waters of Bristol is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Aide to join our team in Blountville, Tennessee. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas to keep the environment healthy and welcoming.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will follow policies, maintain safety standards, and support residents with courteous service while meeting essential job requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand written and oral directions.
• Health assessment including two-stage Mantoux test required.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and other interior and exterior areas to maintain a clean, attractive environment.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
