Waters of Bristol is seeking a part-time housekeeping aide to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents in Blountville, TN. Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and facility areas following safety guidelines and policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow oral and written directions, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Housekeeping experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures
