Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will perform duties with attention to health standards and company policies. A high school diploma and at least one year of housekeeping experience are preferred; adherence to schedules and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive environment.
• Follow policies and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements in daily housekeeping tasks.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
