Job summary

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant for our New Jersey properties. The role requires a minimum of two years in hotel housekeeping and a hands-on, guest‑centric approach to service.

Youll maintain clean public areas, assist room attendants, and support Linen and amenities restocking, all while working a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Join a team that values professionalism and teamwork to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a hotel House Person or Housekeeping role.
• Able to move, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can-do attitude and hands-on approach.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean public spaces, hallways and restrooms.
• Move furniture as required.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors.
• Dust and polish surfaces.
• Manage linen inventory and resets rooms for attendants.
• Receive and inventory linen.
• Maintain housekeeping carts.
• Report missing items or damage to supervisors.
• Support room attendants and place bed boards.
• Restock guest amenities on each floor pantry.
• Deliver items to rooms on request.
• Assist with duties of room attendants when needed.
• Communicate guest problems to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans public spaces, hallways and restrooms
• Moves furniture
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floor
• Dusts and polishes
• Collects soiled linen for laundering and resets rooms for room attendants
• Receives and inventory linen
• Maintains housekeeping carts
• Removes trash collected by room attendants
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry
• Deliver items to rooms on request
• Perform duties of room attendant when necessary
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
• Assist room attendants with placing bed boards, roll‑ways beds, extra bed etc.
• Report missing / found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the housekeeping supervisors
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player
• Communicate any guest problems and complaints to Management
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
