White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Houseperson in Teaneck, NJ to support the housekeeping team by restocking supplies, cleaning public areas, and assisting with room readiness.

The role emphasizes guest service, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning lobby and restrooms, maintaining pool and fitness areas, and assisting with room readiness and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of service to guests and support housekeeping teams.
• Restock linen closets, storage rooms, and other designated areas with clean linens and supplies.
• Assist with stripping guest rooms of linens and trash as needed.
• Vacuum and mop hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Maintain a pristine lobby: clean the registration desk and glass doors, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, replenish supplies as necessary.
• Keep the pool area tidy by replenishing supplies and handling trash.
• Clean and organize the exercise room, wipe equipment and mirrors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team.

As a Houseperson, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the housekeeping associates by ensuring they have the resources they need each day and performing other projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Restock linen closets, storage rooms, and other designated areas with clean linens and supplies.
• Assist with stripping guest rooms of linens and trash as needed.
• Vacuum and mop hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Maintain a pristine lobby: clean the registration desk, remove fingerprints from glass doors, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary.
• Keep the pool area tidy by replenishing supplies, emptying trash, cleaning tables and doors, and checking spa water and bromine levels.
• Clean and organize the exercise room, wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors while ensuring trash is removed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team.

What You’ll Bring

• Completion of required training and certification sign-off.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally, and stand or move for extended periods.
