Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a dependable Housekeeping team member at The Carlyle at Chatham Hills in Westfield, IN. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant apartments to meet high standards, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a spotless, inviting environment.

Candidates should have housekeeping or cleaning experience, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and with a team.

• You have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
• You are detail-oriented and take pride in creating spotless spaces.
• You work well independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
• Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
