Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents to a high standard.
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and good repair.
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols to create a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
• Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
