Job summary

Rancho Manor Rehab & Healthcare in Florissant, MO is hiring full-time and part-time Housekeeping Team Members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for residents. You will perform daily tasks, sanitize, and ensure proper room turnover while upholding resident rights and dignity.

The role requires basic education (10th grade), ability to speak and write English, and reliable teamwork. Training is provided and advancement opportunities may be available within a supportive management

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write English clearly.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general cleaning and sanitation techniques.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks according to assignments and procedures.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings.
• Clean floors and bathrooms as directed.
• Complete terminal cleaning after resident discharge or transfer.
• Spot-check and clean vacant rooms.
• Follow safety and infection control practices.
• Clean carts, supplies, and equipment.
• Respect resident rights and handle personal belongings appropriately.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
