LR-Associates, LLC is seeking Full Time Housekeepers to perform cleaning services at the Dallas VA Medical Center, Fisher House in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable, a team player with a great attitude and is able to pass a government background check. Required: at least one year of cleaning experience, including six months in hotel housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Dust, wipe doors and glass, remove litter, refill paper products; clean kitchen/break areas; change linens, curtains, and pillowcases in rooms.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.

We are seeking Full Time Housekeepers to perform cleaning services for the Dallas VA Medical Center, Fisher House in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Buffing the floors, performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refill all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas, change linens, curtains and pillowcase in rooms. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
