Job summary

Lodgco's SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midland is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas to established quality standards.

You will receive room assignments, clean rooms, check for damage, restock carts, follow safety procedures, and deliver the highest level of guest service. Hours are variable, including weekends; a satisfactory criminal background screening is required.

• Housekeeping experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Obtain room assignments from supervisor
• Clean rooms according to established procedures
• Know correct procedure for entering a guest room
• Check room for damaged furniture and equipment
• Restock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage area
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas
• Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer daily
• Be alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all times
• Adhere to Lost and Found procedures
• Provide the highest quality of service to the guests
• Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees
• Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately
• Adhere to proper key control procedures
• Attend and participate in staff meetings
