Job summary

Residence Inn in Midland, MI is seeking part-time room attendants to support the housekeeping team at Lodgco Hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and corridors in accordance with hotel standards.

Daily duties include obtaining room assignments from supervisors, cleaning rooms, restocking carts, reporting deficiencies, and adhering to safety procedures and key control policies.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is a plus.

• Obtain room assignments from supervisor
• Clean rooms according to established procedures
• Know correct procedure for entering a guest room
• Check room for damaged furniture and equipment
• Restock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage area
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas
• Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer daily
• Be alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all times
• Adhere to Lost and Found procedures
• Provide the highest quality of service to the guests
• Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees
• Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately
• Adhere to proper key control procedures
• Attend and participate in staff meetings

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel and maintaining established quality standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Obtain room assignments from supervisor
