Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking Production Associates in Lakeland, FL to support a leading medical device reprocessing and remanufacturing provider. The role offers 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00 am - 3:30 pm) at $17.50 per hour or 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00 pm - 2:30 am) at $18.50 per hour, with overtime as needed.

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm at $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am at $18.50 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Sorting, cleaning, testing, and/or packaging medical devices
• Completing repetitive tasks according to Standard Operating Procedure of medical device reprocessing for the specific product
• Recording and documenting daily work logs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift
• Have good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts
• Have strong hand/eye coordination and are capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Are willing to work in a clean-room type of environment where false fingernails/eyelashes, nail polish, jewelry, or piercings are NOT allowed
