Traditions at Hunter Station in Sellersburg, IN is seeking a diligent Housekeeper for a full-time role from 11:00am to 7:00pm. You will maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, with focus on rooms, common areas, and laundry operations.

The position requires reliability, ability to follow schedules, and 1 year in healthcare or commercial housekeeping or laundry. Retirement plan and paid time off are offered as benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment
