TRADITIONS OF MEDINA is seeking a dependable housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and the facility's common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

The role emphasizes a keen eye for detail, reliability, and the ability to work within a team. Prior housekeeping or healthcare-related experience is preferred; training in commercial laundry equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for detail.
• Perform housekeeping chores in resident rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and working.
• Removal of trash and soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be a team player with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Learn to operate commercial laundry equipment.

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team memberSolid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
