Job summary

Best Western All Suites Inn Santa Cruz is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Room Attendant to ensure every guest room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You will work as part of a caring team to deliver the clean standard guests expect.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to brand standards, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. You’ll maintain carts and work areas, and assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What You\'ll Do

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you\'ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.

Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
• Replace bed linens and refresh rooms for both departing and stayover guests as requested.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and maintain all guest room areas to ensure a spotless appearance.

Quality & Guest Satisfaction

• Ensure every room meets company and brand standards before being released for occupancy.
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Take pride in delivering rooms that exceed guest expectations.

Teamwork & Operations

• Work independently while supporting fellow housekeeping team members.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner.
• Assist with additional housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.
