Best Western All Suites Inn Santa Cruz is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Room Attendant to help deliver clean, comfortable rooms and memorable stays for guests. You will work as part of a friendly team to uphold our hospitality standards and ensure rooms are ready for arrival.

Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replacing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Dependable with good time management and stamina.

• Replace bed linens and refresh rooms for both departing and stayover guests as requested.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and maintain all guest room areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Ensure every room meets company and brand standards before being released for occupancy.
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Take pride in delivering rooms that exceed guest expectations.
• Work independently while supporting fellow housekeeping team members.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

What You\'ll Do

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you\'ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.
