Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care Center, named for two Medal of Honor recipients – Colonel Van Barfoot and Colonel Carl Sitter – provides the gold standard in quality care for Virginia’s Veterans. This single-level facility features 200 single-occupancy rooms across three nursing units.
Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care Center (SBVCC) is recruiting for a full-time Housekeeper/Porter on the 7A-3:30P shift, including every other weekend.
Job Duties Include:
1 year of prior housekeeping experience required.
Experience in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred.
Experience stripping and waxing floors, extracting and bonnet cleaning of carpets.
