Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms to the resort's quality standards and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Position is PART TIME/Fri-Sun ONLY, pay rate $16/hour, with Daily Pay benefits and a focus on teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction across the property.

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning assigned rooms.
• Achieve productivity goals and maintain guest room standards.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and closets.
• Use equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Report Lost & Found items per protocol to assist guest satisfaction.
• Support team and perform other duties to ensure housekeeping excellence.

Job Description

Pay Rate: $16/ hour - PART TIME/FRI-SUN ONLY - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

As a Housekeeper, You Will

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
