Job summary

Westgate Branson Lakes Resort in the Ozark Mountains is seeking a reliable Housekeeper who takes pride in cleanliness and teamwork. The role offers $16 per hour and Daily Pay access to pay as you need it.

As part of Westgate Resorts, you will meet guests and help deliver exceptional experiences across 60+ resorts. You will clean rooms, handle trash, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and report any issues, while upholding our values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug test, and work eligibility required.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on service size/type.
• Maintain room cleanliness to achieve a 90% or higher inspection score.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping, trash removal, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies safely and following procedures.
• Report Lost & Found items promptly per protocol.
• Foster teamwork and assist with other duties as needed.
• Other duties to support housekeeping operations.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations
