Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to meet quality standards and maintain timeliness.
• Achieve a productivity goal and ensure room inspections meet a 90%+ score.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Use equipment and supplies safely and follow established procedures.
• Report Lost & Found items promptly to assist guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team and assist with other duties as needed.

Job Description

Pay Rate:$16/ hour- PART TIME/WEEKENDS ONLY -Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
