Vitality is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate in Spring Hill, FL to help keep resident suites and common areas clean and welcoming. The role emphasizes teamwork, attentive service to older adults, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements and maintain required certifications.
• Desire to work with older adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites per schedule: vacuum carpets, spot-clean, dust surfaces, clean bathrooms, and replace bed linens.
• Clean and sanitize kitchenette areas, including sinks, refrigerators, and floors.
• Perform deep cleaning of community areas according to schedule; clean windows.
• Remove trash and launder bed linens and towels; replace linens as needed.
• Assist in Annual Suite Service and clean community areas per schedule.
• Collaborate with team to improve resident and family experience.
• Attend onboarding and training sessions and participate in team meetings.
