Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents. You will vacuum, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, and manage laundry to keep rooms sanitary and comfortable.

The shift is Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 18:30, with hourly pay of $16–$17. Benefits include healthcare options, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping duties in resident rooms such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces; sanitizes and collects community resident linens.
• Performs housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Performs laundry and cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and maintain a sanitary facility.
• Makes available clean linen for residents and collects laundry daily or as needed.
• Labels new resident clothing items as needed.

What to Expect:

• Performs general housekeeping duties in resident rooms such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces and sanitizes. Collecting of community resident linens.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner, and free from offensive orders.
• Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care and comfort of all residents.
• Collect laundry from residents daily or as needed.
• Label new resident's clothing items as needed.

Successful Candidates:
