City View Post Acute in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. The position is Day Shift with alternating weekends, offering a competitive hourly pay of $19.61-$20.00.

The role focuses on cleaning resident rooms and common areas, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
• Positive attitude with a compassionate approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other facility spaces
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces in accordance with infection prevention and control standards
• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies throughout the facility
• Safely collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and biohazard waste
• Launder linens, towels, and resident clothing as needed
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment promptly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
