National Church Residences is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to support our senior housing communities in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week and focuses on cleaning common areas, model apartments, and vacant units in a respectful, resident-focused environment.

The role involves following cleaning schedules, handling routine chores, and coordinating with residents and coworkers to ensure a clean and welcoming living space. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualified candidates for this position:

• Follows established cleaning schedule.

• Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units. Duties may include emptying trash, dusting and vacuuming; polishing/cleaning furniture, cleaning fixtures, glass, window ledges, mopping floor areas.

• Completes work orders and inspections appropriately per policy and procedure.

• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers.
