Location: Texas Children's Hospital Woodlands - 17600 I-45, Conroe, TX 77384

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Supervisory experience required.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assist to provide excellent service to guests.

Responsibilities

1. Provide quality service with attention to detail.
2. Ensure staff report to work and document attendance.
3. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
4. Manage shift call-offs and replacements.
5. Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignment sheets.
6. Assign keys, radios, and beepers; maintain security records.
7. Inspect equipment and areas for cleanliness and functionality.
8. Assist staff to meet cleanliness standards.
9. Conduct staff training as needed.
10. Maintain professionalism and teamwork.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
