Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to facilities leadership for day-to-day EVS operations.
• Train EVS Attendants and ensure results meet company expectations.
• Coordinate tasks, checklists, and pre-shift briefings with the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure OSHA and Hazcom compliance and maintain MSD sheets.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety training of chemicals.
• Receive equipment and supplies and manage storage.
• Maintain labeled storage areas and monitor equipment condition.
• Resolve problems within scope and escalate others as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supervisory support to the facilities leadership team for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the EVS department.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports and trains EVS Attendants in various tasks, ensuring the results meet and/or exceed company expectations.
• Works with Facilities Supervisor to create tasks and checklists.
• Holds department pre-shift briefings and delegate job assignments as per guidance of the Facilities Manager.
• Ensures operation is OSHA and Hazcom compliant, including maintenance of the departmental MSD Sheets.
• Ensure all equipment and chemicals are safely labeled, stored, and team members are fully educated on use/hazards.
• Receives equipment and supplies and coordinates distribution and storage of such in an organized fashion.
• Ensures that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order.
• Monitors equipment condition and ensures that is it properly maintained.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in related field preferred.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
