Job summary

Roseshire Gaming Parlor is seeking a dedicated EVS Attendant to ensure optimum property cleanliness and presentation across gaming floors, offices, and public areas.

You will follow established checklists, adhere to OSHA safety practices, and assist with receiving equipment and coordinating storage. The role requires standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; night/weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Three to six months of related field experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets, windows, gaming machines, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas as directed.
• Follow checklists and guidelines to maintain efficient, clean operations.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and arrive on time.
• Adhere to OSHA and HazCom safety practices.
• Assist with receiving equipment and supplies and storage management.
• Maintain all storage areas and correctly label chemicals.
• Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper maintenance.
• Ensure all storage areas are labeled and orderly.
• Resolve problems within authority and escalate others.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring optimum property cleanliness and presentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general cleaning such as carpets, windows, gaming machines, offices, restrooms, and outdoors, as directed by the Lead EVS Attendant and/or Facilities Supervisor.
• Follows checklists, guidelines and for efficient and clean operation of assigned areas.
• Attends and participates in pre-shift briefings, arrive on time.
• Adheres to OSHA and Hazcom safe work practices.
• Assists with receiving equipment and supplies and coordinating distribution and storage.
• Assists in the maintenance of all storage areas, equipment maintenance, and chemical labeling.
• Monitors equipment condition and uses all equipment correctly to ensure that is it properly maintained.
• Ensures that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of experience in related field preferred.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
