Cascade Park Vista is seeking an On-Call Housekeeper & Laundry Aide to join our senior living community. You will help create a clean, comfortable home for residents, families, and staff, performing housekeeping and laundry tasks with care and attention to detail.

The role supports a welcoming environment, requires dependable, independent work, and emphasizes safety, infection control, and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, healthcare, or related fields.
• Senior living experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other areas of the community.
• Ensure high standards for cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory of cleaning products and consumables.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply shortages, or safety issues promptly.
• Follow infection control, health and safety requirements and company policies.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Environmental Services team, you will:

Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other areas of the community

Help ensure our community consistently meets high standards for cleanliness and appearance

Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly

Restock supplies and monitor inventory of cleaning products and other consumables

Properly use and care for housekeeping equipment and supplies

Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply shortages, or safety issues promptly

Respond courteously to reasonable resident requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team member

Follow infection control, health and safety requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations
