Job Opening: Housekeeper (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Join Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Housekeeper on either DAY or EVENING shifts! We are seeking a dedicated individual capable of working on their feet for 7-8 hours, lifting heavy objects, and handling standard cleaning chemicals. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility, including patient rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning patient bathrooms
• Emptying garbage cans
• Cleaning patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture, and equipment
• Following established cleaning schedules
• Loading washers and gathering dirty laundry
• Folding and storing laundry
• Operating washing machines and dryers according to policies
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand Standard English
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
