Job Title: Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Ochsner West Bank - 2500 Belle Chasse Highway, Gretna, LA 70056. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends, five days per week. Additional details provided during interview.

Requirements: Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Range: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour.

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties in establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties:

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
