Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA, is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for Brookview Health Care Center. You will maintain clean, sanitary and comfortable spaces for residents, visitors and staff, and assist with moving belongings to new rooms.

Preferred candidates have a HS diploma or GED and experience in healthcare or senior living; strong problem-solving and communication skills; must be reliable and promote a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

The Housekeeper will provide a clean, sanitary and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and team members. In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with moving residents belongings to new rooms, identifying and reporting repairs needed to equipment, furniture, fixtures and buildings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, preferred
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
