Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a 6:30 am – 3:00 pm schedule and benefits based on eligibility.

The Housekeeper assists with moving residents’ belongings, identifies repair needs, and reports issues with equipment, furniture, fixtures, and buildings to keep the living environment safe and welcoming.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living preferred.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude.

The Housekeeper will provide a clean, sanitary and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and team members. In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with moving residents belongings to new rooms, identifying and reporting repairs needed to equipment, furniture, fixtures and buildings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, preferred
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
