Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the interior cleanliness of all accommodation units, including one- and two-bedroom suites. You will perform diverse cleaning tasks and support exterior cleaning duties to uphold guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to be self-directed.
• Skill in attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, taking direction from multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

• Perform check out cleaning on one and two-bedroom units, including vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchens, and related tasks.
• Perform stay-over, midweek, trash and tidy cleans; assist with annual maintenance of units.
• Reports of Lost & Found and any service issues found in a unit.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for the interior cleaning of all accommodation units to include one bedroom and two-bedroom units. This position will perform check out, new construction, renovation, annual maintenance, stay-over, mid-week and trash and tidy cleans to the standards set forth by the resort. Cleaning and customer delight are the focus of this position. Will perform exterior cleaning duties as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Perform check out cleaning on one bedroom and two-bedroom units. Includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, stripping/making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, refrigerators, pots/pans, scrubbing floors, cleaning patios and desks, combating mildew and mold, removing significant amounts of trash, etc.
• Perform cleaning of stay-over, midweek, trash, and tidy cleans; annual maintenance of units, and cleaning of new construction and renovation units.
• Reports of all Lost & Found and any service issues found in a unit.
• Assist with any special projects or other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
