InnVentures in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable, home-like stay. You will clean guest rooms following brand standards, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the property.

No prior cleaning experience required, but reliable stamina and availability on weekends and holidays help. The role includes lifting up to 25 pounds and a fast-paced environment; we offer daily pay and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Wipe surfaces, dust and vacuum guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile during shifts.
• Clean multiple rooms each day.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken, defective, or missing items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
