Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas including restrooms, dining rooms, elevators, hallways, landings, stairs, railings, light fixtures, resident activity areas, and lobby according to standards and practices
• Cleans all assigned resident apartments
• Works with maintenance to ensure building accountability; monitors cleanliness, smell, and maintenance of all spaces
• Submits maintenance work orders as needed
• Notifies Environmental Services Manager when supplies are low
• Maintains a clean and organized laundry room and stores chemicals properly
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a related position preferred but not required
• Possess compassion and a commitment to elderly care, hospitality, and service excellence
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
• Attention to detail
