We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Ballad Health Johnson City Medical Center, located at 400 North State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604. Online applications are accepted only.

1. Schedule: Full-time; shifts may vary: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. More details will be provided upon interview.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities as per layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests promptly.
• Handle housekeeping issues such as spills and broken items.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
