Job Details Job Location: Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care - Madison, AL Salary Range: $15.50 - $16.50 Hourly
Summary: Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule, treating others (residents, families, and associates) in the same way we would like to be treated. Under direct supervision, providing a variety of housekeeping and/or laundry duties while maintaining the community in an orderly, clean, and sanitary condition.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed or uninvolved instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and to taste or smell. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
