Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and room reorganization post-checkout.
• Report and recover guest property found during service.
• Report property damage to supervisors.
• Clean, disinfect, and store equipment at shift end.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and residents.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping issues like spills or broken glass.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and linen sorting.
• Log and report lost and found items.
• Clean upholstered furniture and perform deep cleans as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, basic arithmetic, and following instructions in English.
