Job summary

Fairfield Inn Hooksett is seeking a hardworking Housekeeper to join our team in Hooksett, NH. This full-time position focuses on cleaning guest rooms and public spaces with great attention to detail and customer service.

You will perform duties such as changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, and reporting issues. The role requires standing most of the shift, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Continuous standing 90% of time.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. limited; pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Report and return any guest properties that were left behind.
• Report cases of property damage to supervisor.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Work Performed
