Trinity Health PACE Montgomery County is seeking a dedicated housekeeping staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for program participants. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, ensuring supplies, and following safety and confidentiality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with elderly/frail populations preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned areas per housekeeping policies and procedures Ensure adequate supplies; request, transport, and store items properly Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of biohazard materials Maintain secure, organized storage areas Promote a respectful, calm environment for participants, visitors, and staff Follow assigned schedules and collaborate with team members Participate in required trainings and uphold compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards Assist other departments and respond appropriately during emergencies

Physical & Work Requirements (Summary): Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 20 lbs.) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform tasks Comfortable working indoors with physical activity throughout the day
